Make sure to check the Packages before ordering.

Rules are subject to change at any time.

• I only accept orders from hosted fan sites.

• A link back to mintsky.starszz.com is necessary. It must be somewhere on the page you are using my design.

• I only accept payments via Paypal. I do not accept any other method of payment.

• I do not accept refunds; however, you may cancel your order if I have not started it yet.

• If you have ordered a layout, you must use it for at least two weeks.

• You may not edit my designs or claim them as your own.

• I will ask that you send me your payment right after I show you a preview of your order.

• Please notify me as soon as you put the design up and when you take it down. You may email me or simply tell me on the chatbox.

• You must provide high quality pictures that are not watermarked. They must be from the same event/photoshoot if you are ordering a layout.

• You will receive a reply within 24 hours if your order was accepted.
